Purchases

We reserve the right to change any price at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify the contents of a specific rank. The benefits of a certain rank can change, and you will not be entitled to the old benefits if you have done so.

Expectation

Purchasing a Creative Central package does not grant any special treatment regarding following our rules and guidelines. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently ban you from the server if you do not respect our guidelines, regardless of the amount of money you have paid.

Chargebacks/Refunds

Performing a chargeback will result in a permanent ban and your rank being corrected and rounded down when necessary. An exception will be made if an apparent reason is presented to our support team (such as a purchasing error).

Currently, we do not provide refunds, as all payments are final. Please don't ask staff about refunds for purchases from the Creative Central store.

Where is my purchase?

If you did not receive the contents of your purchase, please reach out to a staff member, who will forward you to an individual who can help. You'll need proof of purchase to get some help. Lying about purchasing an item will result in immediate punishment.

Where does the money go?

All purchases will improve the server and enhance the player experience.
